Captain-Briggs, Teke – Principal Consultant and Chief Executive Officer.

Teke has been at the forefront of developing ArielConsult Concept into a utilities regulations and communications knowledge based outfit offering a broad range of consultancy services in the telecommunications and other utilities sector. 

With over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry Teke has an impressive track record in advisory, management, developing business concepts and strategies.

In the same period, he was instrumental to the birth of many telecommunication outfits including a regional fixed telephony service provider, coordinating its conceptualization and ultimate activation. He was responsible for liaison with the regulator and other telecom operators on corporate, business and technical matters. He was actively involved in management, strategy formulation, product design, pricing, marketing and sales. He was instrumental to sourcing strategic finance and engineering team for the successful implementation of the project.

Between September 1995 and March 2007 Teke served with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), the national telecommunications regulatory agency of Nigeria. He resigned voluntarily from the NCC in March 2007 as a Senior Manager and the pioneer Zonal Controller He is also the President and Founder of Social Rights and Obligations Awareness Foundation. (SROAF) for the five south eastern states of Nigeria.

Teke was born in 1964 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) Business Administration – Management. 1990 as well as is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
